What are we about? This is our mission statement.

We at I & J Munn Ltd wish to ensure integrity at work, at home, and in all other aspects of our lives. We wish to pursue a life of service, as individuals, as a business, to our clients and all who work with us, and everyone we meet and share our lives with. We seek to achieve for ourselves and those we work with a proper life – work balance. We seek to successfully handle the tensions created in devoting time and resources to making money.

Our work is founded upon honouring God in all we do and say, to all we meet, work with and share our lives with. We seek to grow the business in terms of profitability whilst retaining stability and thus enable us to support those people and organisations who need our expertise but cannot, or should not, pay. We seek to pursue excellence in all we do, to release the potential of every person we meet, work with and share our lives with. This is about the development of all the people that pass through our lives, having respect for them, for their dignity and worth. We seek to help the people we meet to achieve their goal in life, to experience a better life, to see their lives transformed in order to realise their true potential and throughout all this to stress the value and importance of the team.

I & J Munn is one of the foremost educators for TOC in the UK. We present our training and education programmes at our dedicated TOC Training Centre in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. This is also where TOC students can sit the relevant TOC-ICO examinations and if necessary prepare for the exams through our refresher programme.

We are partnered with a number of other organisations such as AGI, Realization, GIG Europe, and the Goldratt Marketing Group and we are able to supply a range of TOC books and other educational material.

We typically have a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the majority of our clients, and no client information appears on this web site without prior agreement. This is restricted to our references and no other information will appear.
